Actor Emma Corrin embarks on a new endeavor, collaborating with Miu Miu in the realm of perfumes.
Miu Miu, the playful and rebellious sister brand to Prada, has unveiled its first perfume, Miutine. Named after the French term for a youthful, free-spirited individual, the fragrance embodies the irreverent spirit and creative ethos of the brand, as praised by actress Emma Corrin.
Emma Corrin, known for her captivating performances in My Policeman (2022), Lady Chatterly's Lover (2022), Nosferatu (2024), and a stage production of Chekov's The Seagull (2025), has been appointed as the ambassador for Miutine. Corrin rose to prominence playing a young Princess Diana in the fourth season of The Crown (2020) and will soon be seen as Elizabeth Bennett in Netflix's upcoming Pride & Prejudice.
The bottle of Miutine is crafted in toffee-hued glass, mimicking Miu Miu's matelasse leatherwork, and finished with a glossy black cap in the shape of a sequin, adding a touch of the brand's signature glamour.
The fragrance opens with Mara des bois strawberry, known for its intense flavor and aroma. Brown sugar accord, composed of bourbon vanilla extract and a touch of jasmine, forms the middle notes, creating a sweet yet sophisticated blend. Patchouli oil is present in the base notes, adding an earthy depth to the scent.
Dominique Ropion, a renowned master perfumer, was chosen to create Miutine. The partnership between Miu Miu and L'Oréal Groupe, which began in February 2024, marked a significant milestone for the brand, leading to the creation of this exciting new fragrance.
The Miutine campaign was captured by Hayley Benton-Gates, who recently won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance for her feature-length debut Atropia (2025). The campaign beautifully encapsulates the spirit of Miutine, showcasing its fun, versatile, and authentic essence.
