Actor duo Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence will collaborate with Martin Scorsese on his upcoming supernatural film, titled 'What Happens At Night'.
In the world of cinema, excitement is building as two highly anticipated films are set to hit the screens. The first, "One Battle After Another," directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, sees Leonardo DiCaprio return to the regal cinemas in a thrilling role. The film is set to release in UK movie theaters from September 26.
DiCaprio's latest work is not the only project generating buzz. His co-star, Jennifer Lawrence, is also making waves with her performance in the drama "Die, My Love." The film, co-starring Robert Pattinson, debuted in Cannes in May and is due to be released in movie theaters on November 14.
The review of "Die, My Love" by NME has described it as an "Oscars shoo-in," praising Lawrence's performance as her finest work to date. The film, a drama, follows an American couple adopting a baby in a small European town, where they encounter numerous strange people while checked into a large, almost deserted movie theater.
Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence have also joined forces for the film "What Happens At Night," produced by StudioCanal and Apple Original Films in collaboration with Appian Way, the production company co-founded by DiCaprio himself. The story of "What Happens At Night" follows an American couple adopting a baby in a small European town.
Interestingly, DiCaprio chose the project "What Happens At Night" over a biopic of Evel Knievel directed by Damien Chazelle. "What Happens At Night" is financed by Apple Original Films, who also financed "Killers Of The Flower Moon."
Meanwhile, "One Battle After Another" has received rave reviews and sees DiCaprio portray a former revolutionary fighting to save his daughter. The film, which will be in UK movie theaters from September 26, tells the story of a man battling one battle after another, showcasing DiCaprio's versatility as an actor.
With such exciting collaborations and anticipated releases, movie-goers have much to look forward to in the coming months.
