In a surprising turn of events, former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley has declined the invitation to join his former bandmates at the Kiss Kruise: Land-locked in Vegas event, which took place at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in November.

According to reports, Frehley stated, "They asked me and I declined." The reason behind his decision seems to be the choice of venue. Frehley expressed his belief that the event should have been held at the iconic Madison Square Garden, not a smaller venue in Las Vegas.

This isn't the first time Frehley has participated in Kiss Kruises, having been a part of previous events. However, his decision in this instance was clear and firm. In an interview, he expressed his desire to avoid any "bullshit and lies" related to such events.

The decision to decline the invitation comes after a series of disagreements between Frehley and Paul Stanley, the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of Kiss. One such disagreement revolved around the potential for all original members to perform at Madison Square Garden.

In a rather humorous turn, Stanley suggested that if Frehley and original drummer Peter Criss joined the band, it could be called "Piss." Frehley, however, has not ruled out the possibility of reuniting with Stanley despite their complex relationship.

The Kiss universe is known for its fair share of drama between its members. Despite this, Frehley maintains a positive relationship with Stanley and Gene Simmons, referring to them as "rock and roll brothers."

Bruce Kulick, Kiss' guitarist between 1984 and 1996, was also part of the same event. As for Frehley, he is currently enjoying doing his own thing.

In the coming weeks, our website will publish Frehley's full interview, providing more insights into his decision and his current perspective on Kiss. Additionally, Frehley has expressed a possibility of being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist.
