Accused Individual in Liverpool Involved in Car-Ramming Incident Potentially Under the Influence of Drugs

In the aftermath of Monday evening's tragic incident during Liverpool's victory parade, authorities have provided updates on the current status of those injured. Eleven individuals remain in hospital, all in stable condition, out of the 65 people wounded.
