In a heartbreaking incident, the father of a 14-year-old boy, Ryan Liam Morgan, has been charged with causing his son's death by dangerous driving following a crash on the M6 motorway. The tragedy occurred on Easter Sunday, around 12:15pm, between junctions 34 and 33, southbound.

The accident claimed Ryan's life at the scene, while his father, Daniel Burba, 31, from Morecambe, survived with serious injuries. However, he was subsequently discharged from the hospital.

Lancashire Constabulary, in a statement released on Sunday, has charged Burba with causing death by dangerous driving and driving unlicensed and uninsured. He is currently in custody, awaiting his court appearance at Lancaster Magistrates' Court on Monday.

The bereaved family, in a heartrending tribute, praised Ryan as the "most funny, silly, loving, generous boy". They expressed their deep sorrow, stating that their home and family would be significantly empty without him. Ryan's mother, Kim, in a separate tribute, lovingly remembered him as the "most perfect precious little boy".

The family's grief extends to the knowledge that Ryan, who would have grown into a loving husband, will be gravely missed. The tragedy has left an indelible impact on their lives, with an irrevocable void that will never be filled.
