AC/DC's "Power Up" continues to dominate German album charts
Baden-Baden - The Australian hard rock band AC/DC holds the top spot on the official German album charts with their album "Power Up", GfK announced on Friday. The album "Coming Home" by Angelo Kelly & Family moves up to second place, bumping entertainer Ina Müller's "55" down to third.
In the German single charts, US pop star Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" retakes the lead, having briefly slipped to eleventh place last week. Wham! and "Last Christmas" climb up from 14th to second place. Singer Luna's new song "Loser" occupies third place.
GfK Entertainment compiles the official German charts on behalf of the Bundesverband Musikindustrie, representing 90% of all music sales.
Recent popular tracks on the German single charts include "Shabab(e)s Im VIP" by Pashanim & Ceren, "Connected" by RAF Camora feat.
