Aamir Khan, a sibling to Faissal Khan, reportedly dismissed Faissal from his employment, alleging that Faissal wasn't putting in sufficient effort on the job.
In a shocking turn of events, Faissal Khan, a former script doctor for Aamir Khan Productions, has accused Aamir Khan of mistreatment and confinement following his termination from the company.
According to Faissal, Aamir Khan fired him in 2010, around the same time he was working in the same building as the renowned actor. Faissal claims that Aamir accused him of not working hard enough and subsequently terminated his job. However, Faissal states that he was given a salary of ₹30,000 for his role as a script doctor.
Following his job loss, Faissal reveals that he accepted a monthly allowance from Aamir Khan to help cover his living expenses while he found work. This financial support ended when Faissal moved out and no longer received the allowance.
The relationship between Faissal and Aamir Khan seems to have been strained further due to a disagreement over the termination of Faissal's job. Faissal alleges that Aamir Khan agreed to provide him with sustenance after their disagreement. However, Faissal now states that he is no longer accepting any financial support from Aamir Khan.
The family pressure on Faissal to marry his aunt is another point of contention. Faissal claims that he was pressured by his family to marry his aunt following his divorce in December 2022. He states that arguments would ensue if he refused to marry his aunt. Faissal distanced himself from his family due to this pressure, which led to a strained relationship with his mother and brother-in-law, Santosh.
Faissal refers to Santosh as 'his brother-in-law' and mentions that Santosh was abusive towards him. Santosh would not allow Faissal to meet his mother, causing further distress. Faissal's mother was also upset when he refused to marry his aunt.
Aamir Khan and the family have released statements calling Faissal's allegations misleading and distressing, appealing for privacy regarding what they describe as a private family matter. The family has not directly addressed the reasons for ending Faissal's script doctor role.
The allegations made by Faissal Khan, if true, paint a troubling picture of mistreatment and confinement within the Khan family. Faissal has moved on to direct his own films, demonstrating his resilience in the face of adversity. The family dispute, however, continues to unfold, with both parties maintaining their versions of the events.
