Aachen's Alemannia sees the addition of two new players and Emmanuel Elekwa remains a focal point
Alemannia Aachen, the German football club, is actively seeking to strengthen its squad before the transfer deadline on September 1. The team is eyeing the addition of two central defenders, one full-back, and two offensive players.
Despite the limited economic room for maneuver, the club is pushing forward with its transfer plans. New coach Benedetto Muzzicato has expressed confidence in the team's defensive stability, following a goalless draw against VfL Osnabrück in their first competitive game of the new season.
While Alemannia Aachen conceded little against VfL Osnabrück, they also failed to create many dangerous attacks. However, Muzzicato remains optimistic about the team's offensive potential, with the prospect of new additions on the horizon.
Enes Yilmaz, a midfielder who was trained at Bayer Leverkusen, has joined Alemannia Aachen this week. Yilmaz, who spent the past one and a half years at US Lecce, is not considered an immediate reinforcement for the offense. Instead, he aims for a return to Germany.
Kaylen Reitmaier, son of the long-time Bundesliga goalkeeper Claus Reitmaier, has also joined the team. Reitmaier, who played for Sparta Rotterdam for two years but only for the second team, is being lined up as a backup for Elias Bördner, who is planning his departure and is being traded to the Bonner SC.
Emmanuel Elekwa, a striker who was previously under contract with Viktoria Berlin, has been training with Alemannia Aachen since last week. Standing at 1.93 meters tall, Elekwa has made a promising impression during his trial period. Coach Muzzicato has revealed that Elekwa has good chances of an engagement with Alemannia Aachen.
Alemannia Aachen is also welcoming two more trial players for reinforcements. The status of these players, including Elekwa, Reitmaier, and Yilmaz, remains unclear as there is no current information about their contracts or transfers related to Alemannia Aachen for the 2025/26 season.
In other news, Jeremias Lorch and Lamar Yarbrough, who were substituted off injured in Osnabrück, trained with the team again on Tuesday. Alemannia Aachen is aiming to leave TSG Hoffenheim's second team behind in the table in their next game.

The club is considering adding a midfielder with the arrival of Enes Yilmaz, but he may not provide an immediate boost to the team's offensive efforts. The team's coaching staff is optimistic about the offensive potential with Emmanuel Elekwa, a trialist who has shown promise during his trial period.
