He is believed to have threatened a judge to prevent a criminal proceeding, an offence for which he now faces charges at the Regional Court in Klagenfurt. The Public Prosecutor's Office in Klagenfurt has ordered the man to be taken to Klagenfurt Prison.
During the search of the man's apartment, documents and digital data carriers were secured, but no weapons were found. A 64-year-old German, who considered himself a "consul" and carried a fantasy ID, was also present during the arrest. An entry ban was issued against the German.
