A Fresh Tripod Has Been Introduced by The Nerd Butterflies
In the heart of Mertensgasse, carnival enthusiasts gathered on January 1st, eager to discover the identities of the new trinity for the Merry Butterflies. The suspenseful moment arrived as farmer Christoph, the lively virgin Kris, and the prince Michel appeared at the windows.
Ralf Schröder will be the caretaker of the trinity during the session, taking over from Kurt Fenn who kept the identities of the trinity a secret until the very last minute. The new trinity was formally announced by Kurt Fenn himself, who also presented the new session song of the Butterflies, along with Stefan Druppel.
The distribution of awards marked the beginning of the new trinity's role in the session. The first award was given to President Kurt Fenn, followed by accolades for his partners, who may have to do without accompaniment frequently in the coming weeks.
Michel Alexander Caltagirone (43) was borrowed from the Dusseldorf Carnivalists to join the trinity, while Kristaps Gagainis (32) was revealed as the lively virgin and Christoph (36) as the new farmer. The former trinities, who organized themselves into a club to support their successors, are the Altpfadfinder (former scouts).
The former trinities have set themselves the goal of supporting their successors, a tradition that dates back to the Merry Butterflies' event before the Advent break in early December and another on New Year's Eve. Kurt Fenn emphasized that the Butterflies should focus on fun, not money, a sentiment that resonated with the crowd.
The identities of the fools, who also played a significant role in the session, were not previously revealed. The distribution of awards to the fools, with the first being given to President Kurt Fenn, signified the start of their role in the session.
The new trinity's announcement was a momentous occasion for the Merry Butterflies, and the anticipation and excitement were palpable among the crowd. As the session begins, the new trinity, supported by their predecessors, is ready to bring joy and laughter to the people of Mertensgasse and beyond.
