Lightning Polka (3.00) is set to perform in the Group 3 race, with Ed Walker as its handler. The horse has shown promising form and could be a contender for the crown, especially with the King and Queen in attendance.

Main Event at Ayr
Strike Red should give a good account of itself in the main event, having shown promising form in recent races. Despite finishing 12th in this race last year, it's worth noting that the ground conditions were good to firm, which could have affected its performance.
