A Celebrity Suffers Gunshot Wound on Public Street
Sad news from the world of entertainment as American actor and voice artist, Jonathan Joss, met a tragic end outside his parents' home, allegedly a victim of a homophobic attack.

San Antonio (Texas) - For far too long, Jonathan Joss (59) bore the brunt of hate due to his sexuality. Living his life with partner Tristan Kern de Gonzales, he yearned for tranquility and peace.
According to "The Hollywood Reporter", the horrific incident occurred last Sunday evening around 7 p.m. local time in Texas' San Antonio.
Upon the arrival of the police and paramedics, they were unable to revive the 59-year-old. His body bore gruesome wounds that could only result from gunfire. Within a swift period, the suspect, Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja (56), was identified and taken into custody.
In January, tragedy struck Joss and Tristan hard. A fire ravaged Joss' parents' house, leaving them not only without a home but also losing their cherished pets, three beloved dogs. The possibility remains that the supposed assassin is the arsonist, still under investigation.
Mystery in the Wilderness: Teen Couple Found Dead
On Monday, Tristan published a poignant post on Facebook, recounting the moments leading up to Joss' demise.
It transpired that the couple had returned to the site of the inferno at the start of the year. They merely intended to clear their mailbox, but they also encountered the mutilated head of one of their dogs, displayed like a trophy. As they turned around, a man emerged, spouting vicious slurs filled with hate.
In a split second, the stranger extracted a weapon and opened fire on them. Bravely, Jonathan threw himself in front of Tristan, taking the bullets meant for his partner but losing his own life in the process.
Jonathan's Roles in His Career
Beyond his acting prowess, Jonathan Joss served as a voice artist. He graced the popular US sitcom "King of the Hill" with his baritone voice.
