In the heart of Delaware County, the annual fair was a bustling hub of activities, showcasing the talents and hard work of local youth. From livestock exhibits to public presentations, the fair was a testament to the community's dedication to nurturing young minds and promoting rural traditions.

Mike Loecke, the Breeder of Champion County Raised Market Beef, donated his prize in Memory of Doug Ross, a tribute to the Delaware County Cattlemen's Association's enduring spirit. The champion title was won by Trudy Loecke, sponsored by Citizen's State Bank.

The Working Exhibits at the State Fair saw participation from Lilah Wade, Kiley Mertz, Addison Besler, Anne Dunkel, and Maggie Hoeger. Meanwhile, Evan Dunkel showcased his skills in Extemporaneous Speaking.

The livestock awards were a highlight of the fair. Miles Bockenstedt won the Champion Market Beef Heifer award, sponsored by Community Savings Bank, while Olivia Ronnebaum took home the Champion Market Dairy Cross Steer award, sponsored by GNB Bank and Kirby-Creveling Family respectively.

Addison Stoerp won the Champion Bred & Raised Dairy Beef award, sponsored by American Family Insurance-Tadd Moorman Agency, and Rylan Gaul was awarded the Reserve Grand Champion Market Beef, sponsored by HB Bennet Farms.

The Fashion Revue was another event that drew much attention. Gabrielle Westhoff emerged as the winner, while Lacey Goebel took the title in the Intermediate Fashion Revue.

The Intermediate Clothing Selection was won by Maggie Hoeger, and the Junior Clothing Selection by Lilly Jaeger. Morgan Hoeger and Aubrey Steger were the champions in the Clothing Selection and Junior Beef Showman categories respectively, sponsored by Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce.

The Reserve Champion Junior Beef Showman award was won by Myles Meese, sponsored by Dennis & Marge Putz. Judd Funke clinched the Senior Beef Showman title, sponsored in Memory of Marilyn Beswick-Jared-Holst by Todd Show Cattle LLC.

The Market Beef awards saw Macoy Peyton winning the Champion Medium Weight Market Beef Steer, sponsored by Marvin & Lois Schulte Memorial Trophy-Sponsored by the Schulte Family. Jeryn Funke was the winner of the Champion Medium Heavy Weight Market Beef Steer, sponsored by Farm Credit Services of America.

Chace Carroll won the Champion Bred & Raised Market Heifer award, sponsored by Northwestern Mutual-Matt Schulte & Mitch Peyton. Claire Smith took home the Champion Medium Weight Bred & Raised Market Beef Steer award, also sponsored by American Family Insurance-Tadd Moorman Agency. Hadyn Schulte won the Reserve Champion Bred & Raised Light Weight Market Beef Steer award.

Nora Peyton was the Reserve Champion Market Beef Heifer, and Karly Ogden won the Reserve Champion Light Weight Market Beef Steer award, sponsored by Ryan Vet Service.

The Grand Champion Market Beef award was won by Aliza Steger, sponsored by Dolan Insurance Agency. Katie Voelker won the Reserve Champion Performance Beef award, sponsored by Monaghan Cattle: In Memory of Mark Monaghan.

Peyton Wilson was the Champion of the Performance Beef category, sponsored by NFO Livestock INC. Bianka Ronnebaum was the Reserve Champion in the Medium Weight Market Beef Steer category.

Other participants included Brianna Pirc, who took part in the $20 Challenge, and Caleb Stocks, who participated in Extemporaneous Speaking. Abby Nieman participated in the Educational Presentations, and Dane & Aden Moriarity, Karl & Will Zumbach participated as Alternates.
