3 Suspects Sought in 20M Ruble Real Estate Fraud Attempt
A criminal case involving a suspected 20 million ruble fraud in a real estate deal with the government has left authorities seeking three unidentified suspects. The case, involving the attempted purchase of land in the village of Krasnoretsky, was thwarted by law enforcement before any money exchanged hands.
The alleged fraud involved a land deal worth 20 million rubles. The suspects attempted to lease 13 land plots, totaling 4.8 hectares, in the village of Krasnoretsky. To facilitate the purchase without bidding and at a reduced price, they submitted forged documents claiming the plots had capital buildings on them. However, law enforcement intervention prevented the deal, revealing that there were no buildings on the plots as claimed.
Three residents in the Khabarovsk district are suspects in the case. Despite extensive searches, no information about their identities or when the case was opened has been found, leaving authorities without answers.
