23 Million Job Offers Sent in Three Months—Who's Getting Hired?

Over the past three months, companies have sent out more than 23 million job invitations to candidates. The most sought-after age group in the job market remains those between 19 and 40 years old. Data reveals clear trends in both age and sector preferences among employers. Younger candidates dominated the job market figures. Women aged 19 to 30 received 5.3 million job offers, while those in the 31 to 40 bracket got 4 million. Men in the same age ranges were offered 3.4 million invitations each.

The Sales and Customer Service sector led with the highest number of job offers, totalling 385,900. Retail followed closely, with 127,400 offers extended. The Transport and Logistics sector also saw strong demand, receiving 127,000 job invitations. Other sectors with notable activity included Manual and Industrial Labour, which had 123,200 offers, and Domestic and Service Staff, with 114,600. Regionally, Krasnodar Krai in the Southern Federal District stood out, as candidates there received 930,600 job invitations—the highest in the area.

The latest figures highlight a strong demand for workers aged 19 to 40, particularly in customer-facing and logistics roles. With over 23 million offers sent out in three months, employers continue to focus on younger candidates and key service sectors.
