2026 LIV Golf Schedule Unveiled: Expected to Be Most Globally Expansive Season to Date Following League Announcement
The LIV Golf League is gearing up for its most global schedule yet in 2026, following a successful 2025 season that saw the league play in nine different countries.
The upcoming season is set to begin with six international locations before touching down in the USA. Confirmed LIV Golf League 2026 locations outside of the United States include Adelaide, Australia; Steyn City, Johannesburg, South Africa; Singapore (Sentosa Island); Mexico City, Mexico; and the United Kingdom. South Africa will host its first-ever LIV event at Steyn City from March 20-22, 2026, marking LIV Golf’s debut on the African continent and expanding its global footprint to five continents.
In the USA, the LIV Golf League will make its debut at Trump National Doral in early April. LIV Golf DC/Virginia is scheduled to occur in early May, days prior to the PGA Championship. LIV Golf New Orleans is expected to be one of five US stops in the 14-tournament schedule and will reportedly take place one week after the US Open next June (26-28).
The LIV Golf League is also planning to play in the UK immediately following The Open Championship. Moreover, it is reportedly planning to play in Mexico City a week after The Masters.
The league has previously played one-off tournaments in Nashville, Boston, and Houston, and it appears that LIV Golf DC/Virginia could be the only LIV event which directly precedes a Major unless other dates are switched.
In addition, the LIV Golf League has announced a new tournament in South Africa and Per Sports Business Journal’s Josh Carpenter, the other fresh host on LIV’s upcoming roster is Bayou Oaks Golf Club at New Orleans City Park.
The PIF-backed circuit has not announced any room for Miami or Dallas in its 2026 schedule. LIV Golf League's 2026 plans include playing at The Grange Golf Club in Adelaide and Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore.
