Mikal Bridges OVER 18.5 Points + Assists vs. Pistons (-122 at FanDuel)
New York's triumph in Game 2 did provide slightly better numbers for Mikal Bridges, but he still underperformed as compared to his regular-season performances. The 28-year-old forward is expected to step up his game in Game 3, considering the caliber of player the Knicks traded for him.
Bridges met the combined points-assists target of 18.5 in three of the four regular season meetings against the Pistons. Additionally, Bridges averaged 19.6 points on 51.6-percent shooting across 41 games at home in 2024-25, and replicating that alone might hit an OVER here. Keep in mind, Bridges hasn't failed to reach ten points (except for a quick six-minute appearance in the season finale) since January 13, so let's hope for improved performance in Game 3.
Cade Cunningham OVER 8.5 Assists vs. Knicks (-135 at FanDuel)
Detroit's offense seemed to flow better in Game 2, and Cade Cunningham was at the heart of it. The All-Star guard recorded 12 assists while playing for 39 minutes in Game 2. With efficient contributions from his teammates, Cunningham's assist numbers are likely to hover around double digits.
Keep in mind, though, that Cunningham did turn the ball over six times in Game 2, so he needs to be a bit more careful in Game 3 to avoid gift-wrapping points for the Knicks.
Jalen Duren UNDER 21.5 Points + Rebounds vs. Knicks (-122 at FanDuel)
In Game 2, it appeared that the Pistons opted for a smaller lineup for quicker pace and more shooting, leading to reduced minutes for center Jalen Duren. Despite playing for only 25 minutes, Duren managed seven points and six rebounds with just four shot attempts.
This move seemed to continue from Game 1, where Duren didn't surpass a combined total of 21.5 points and rebounds. With the Knicks likely to counter with Karl-Anthony Towns, who has dominated the matchup, and the Pistons opting for smaller lineups, Duren's playing time could decrease further.

- In the upcoming Game 3 of the 2025 NBA playoffs, expect Mikal Bridges of the New York Knicks to surpass the combined points-assists limit of 18.5 points (-122 at FanDuel), given his past performances against the Detroit Pistons and his home court productivity.
- In contrast to Mikal Bridges' prop, Jalen Duren of the Detroit Pistons might fall short of the combined points-rebounds limit of 21.5 points (-122 at FanDuel), as the Pistons are likely to continue with a smaller lineup and the Knicks might counter with Karl-Anthony Towns, who has dominated the matchup.
- Cade Cunningham of the Detroit Pistons may exceed the assists limit of 8.5 assists (-135 at FanDuel), given his strong performance and the efficiency of his teammates in Game 2 of the series.
