"2025 Initiative Launches Among Farmers: Searching for Female Participants"

Get ready for a heartwarming and romantic journey through the beautiful German countryside as the popular TV show "Farmer Wants a Wife" returns for its new season in fall 2025.

The new season will feature 16 farmers and farmhands from various regions across Germany, including Lower Saxony, Erzgebirge, Baden-Württemberg, and Brandenburg. Among the participants, we have Walter (73) from Lower Saxony, who lives on a bio-dynamic egg farm with three of his seven adult children. Michael (32) from Bavaria is a sheep farmer who represents farmers on their farms and helps out when needed. Thomas (39) from the Erzgebirge is an organic farmer who runs a dairy farm with his parents and grows winter wheat, winter rye, oats, and peas.

Joining the cast are Simone (55) from Saarland, who operates an animal sanctuary, caring for horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, two dogs, and a cat with many volunteers. Nadine from Denmark, who runs a miniature donkey and puppy breeding farm along with other animals, will also be part of the show. Klara from Tasmania, Australia, who manages a guesthouse and self-sufficiency farm with alpacas and sheep, is another interesting participant.

The female candidates are not the only ones seeking love. Andreas (39) from Lower Saxony is a cattle farmer and head of a contract farming operation with bull fattening and arable farming, managing 250 hectares of arable land and 600 bulls. Steffen (31) from the Emsland is a horse trainer who wishes to take over his parents' horse breeding farm with the right partner. Armin (39) from Baden-Württemberg is a dairy farmer, a trained winemaker, and hobby cook, emphasizing on keeping his animals in a species-appropriate manner.

Bastian (25) from Lower Franconia is a cattle farmer, originally an industrial mechanic who completed a training course as a farmer last year. Herbert (59) from Hesse is a horse pension stable operator, separated from his wife for two years, and ready for a new love. Jörg (57) from Lower Saxony works full-time as a master gardener and landscape architect, but also runs a poultry farm.

The show will also introduce us to Christopher (31) from Brandenburg, who runs a self-sufficient farm with his mother Cordula (60) and best friend Lothar (68). Insa (28) from the Lüneburg Heath is a horsewoman who cares for traumatized children, helping them restart their lives through therapeutic work with animals.

Inka Bause will host the show, guiding us through the unique stories of each participant as they search for love amidst the rolling hills and tranquil landscapes of rural Germany. The participants will share their personal journeys during the show, making for an engaging and emotional viewing experience.
