2025 Arizona ORBIE Awards Honour Top CIOs Driving Business Transformation

The 2025 Arizona ORBIE Awards recognized top technology executives from various sectors, honouring CIOs who drive business transformation and make a lasting impact on the industry. The event, sponsored by ArizonaCIO and other organizations, took place with nearly 400 guests attending and a keynote conversation delivered by industry leaders.

Suzie Eden, CIO of Allstate Identity Protection, received the Corporate ORBIE for organizations with annual revenue up to $325 million. Meanwhile, Erik Jones, VP of Technology at University of Arizona Cardinals Football Club, was awarded the Enterprise ORBIE for organizations over $700 million. Dr. Bianca Lochner, CIO of City of Scottsdale, took home the Large Enterprise ORBIE for organizations over $1.8 billion. In the healthcare sector, John deLorimier, EVP & Chief Information and Technology Officer of Concentra, received the Healthcare ORBIE. David Hopkins, SVP & CIO of Mesa Airlines, was honoured with the Large Corporate ORBIE for organizations over $340 million.

The ORBIE Awards, presented by ArizonaCIO, the preeminent peer leadership network of CIOs in Arizona, celebrate the outstanding achievements of technology executives.
