In the wee hours of Saturday morning, a street fight in Neubrandenburg, Mecklenburgische Seenplatte district, took a disturbing turn. A 17-year-old whacked an 18-year-old over the head with a knuckleduster, inflicting a gash. Two other young lads were also slightly wounded, as per the police reports.
The 17-year-old's initial attack on the 18-year-old occurred during the heated scuffle. Spectators from a nearby bar stepped in to break it up, only to be pummeled themselves. Two of them took a tumble and suffered minor injuries when four witnesses attempted to intervene.
The group split up shortly after, but the cops caught up with some of the culprits shortly after.
