A 14-year-old boy has been injured in a crocodile attack at Myall Beach in Queensland, Australia. The teenager was fishing in waist-deep water at Myall Beach, near Cape Tribulation in the Daintree National Park, a popular tourist destination. He was attacked by a crocodile and suffered leg and abdominal injuries, though they are not life-threatening. After the attack, he was initially treated at a nearby hostel before being airlifted to a hospital in Cairns, approximately 140 kilometers away. Despite the severity of the attack, the boy is expected to recover. The attack serves as a stark reminder of the dangers present in the region's waters.
