The Rhine carnival at Oberkassel Bridge officially opened on Friday afternoon, marking the start of a series of exciting events. A highlight of the day was the competition for a new chain design for Shooting Chief Andreas Paul Stieber, with a jury including Stieber himself, Mayor Keller, some shooters, and artist Christoph Pöggeler.
